Consultation: It all starts with an in-depth consultation to thoroughly understand your vision, preferred materials, stones, budget and style preferences. We’ll gain all the inspiration needed to craft a design that perfectly embodies the essence of you or your loved one.
3D Design and Rendering: Our CAD designers then take your inspiration and ideas to create a photorealistic 3D model, allowing you to preview your piece down to the most minor details virtually. We’ll fine-tune the design until you’re 100% satisfied.
Our jewellery manufacturing process uses only the highest quality metals, including yellow, rose, white gold, and platinum. Our gemstones and diamonds are carefully sourced and hand-selected for their exceptional quality and beauty. We offer various coloured stones, including natural and lab-grown diamonds, rubies, sapphires, emeralds, morganites, spinels, opals, black diamonds and many more.
Jewellery Casting: Next, we expertly cast the final model’s pattern from wax or 3D print models using methods like lost wax, depending on the materials and design details specified.
Once the metal has been cast and the jewellery piece has been filed and sanded smooth, we move on to the polishing stage. We use various techniques, including buffing, tumbling, and electro-polishing, to create a high shine and flawless finish.
Gem Setting: Our master jewellers then hand-select exceptional quality diamonds and precious gemstones and meticulously set each stone into your jewellery using time-tested techniques to secure the stones for everyday wear.
If the jewellery piece includes gemstones, our skilled setters use prong setting, bezel setting, or channel setting to ensure the stones are secure and perfectly positioned.
Finishing: In the final manufacturing steps, our jewellers hand-finish every surface, ensuring a smooth, lustrous shine. We’ll add any engraving or other personalized touches you desire.
