Yes, we design jewellery. Our principal designer, Daniel McKenna, is one of the Sunshine Coast’s leading jewellery experts and an award-winning designer. If you have a design in mind, we can design using our 3D design software and bring your jewellery to life. All our engagement and wedding rings are custom-made so that you can have any design. If you have a picture of the design you want, bring it along, or we can create a sketch based on your ideas. Absolutely! Beyond diamonds, there are a plethora of precious and semi-precious gemstones such as sapphires, rubies, emeralds, pearls, and more that can be considered alternatives. DM Jewellers are passionate about coloured gemstones, lab-grown and coloured diamonds. Each gemstone carries its unique beauty, history, and symbolism.

• We can show you a range of loose gemstones to choose from, and we take the time to explain the characteristics of the stones, allowing you to make an educated choice.

It is a misconception that having a personalised design can be expensive and out of the reach of most people. However, this is untrue and we can advise you on how to have a bespoke design made to your specification at a budget you specify.

Absolutely we do. Wedding sets consisting of rings for both of you can be designed and supplied from your own ideas. Alternatively let our principal designer Daniel McKenna produce designs for you. We also create bespoke engagement rings too.

It can take as little as a two weeks to design and produce your bespoke design after your first consultation. For more complicated pieces we will always advise on the time this will take.

If we are to source particular stones or precious metals this may take longer depending on market availability.
